SMG旋塞阀性能
◆ 用途 本阀门为开关型，在化工、石油、电站、采矿和造纸工业中得到广泛应用，常用于粘稠和腐蚀性液体、腐蚀性煤气、天然气、蒸汽、油、水等介质。旋塞的运转无需润滑。
最高使用温度可达540°C，压力范围可达ANSI CLASS 300Lb。本公司可以提供316不锈钢，碳钢，20号合金，蒙乃尔合金，哈氏合金，因科镍尔合金，钛合金，钯合金，锆合金等材料的阀门。
阀门结构形式包括二通、三通、带保温夹套、双密封带冲洗排放、波纹管阀杆密封等，并可以提供各种驱动装置包括手动、手轮、气动装置、电动装置。
◆ 自动清洗
阀门的旋塞底部可配制泄放孔，当阀门开、关的一瞬时，流体通过泄放孔产生冲洗效果，可将沉积物冲至下游。
◆ 阀座磨损指示
阀门顶部位置定位板可以提供阀座磨损状况的显示，当定位板接触阀盖上平面时则表示应该更换阀座了。
◆ 阀座刮擦清洗作用
阀座对旋塞阀有刮擦作用，可以清除沾粘在旋塞上的固体介质，从而保持密封效果，减少磨损和延长使用寿命。
◆ 阀座的磨损可以自动补偿
旋塞上部的压缩碟形弹簧，以持久的推力作用于旋塞之上确保旋塞下压，其锥形结构又迫使旋塞与阀座获得紧密持久的密封，因此使磨损得到永久补偿，永远保持密封状态，故在美国这种先进结构被誉称为永远密封旋塞阀，并以此美名进行商标注册
◆ 阀杆填料自动调整补偿式自密封
填料采用V型密封圈，可以产生自密封效果，碟形弹簧会对填料自动调整，动态补偿，使阀杆处填料密封效果好，寿命长，少维修。
◆ 顶装式设计方便维修
顶装式结构使得无须把阀门从管线上拆下来就可以维修，更换阀座及其他零件，以达到最小的维修停工周期，使用通用工具仅花10分钟即可更换阀座。
◆ 自定心双阀座同时密封，在线冲洗排放功能
阀门的二个锥形阀座提供二个自动定心的独立密封，在关闭时可以达到上下游同时密封。此时可以进行阀门的排放与冲洗，不影响系统的运行。
◆ 优秀的流通性能 阀门具有直通流道，大通径、高流通性、低紊流和低压力损失等优秀性能。
◆ 低操作扭矩
由于本阀门旋塞与阀座接触面积小，所以开启扭矩比其他全衬四氟旋塞阀小很多。配置ISO 5211标准顶法兰，可以与电动、气动装置装配。
◆ 可提供双重填料箱或波纹管密封
双重填料箱可提供泄漏物质（包括放射性物质）的检测、引漏及取样，也可以冲压惰性气体阻止填料处的泄漏。波纹管密封可以保证阀杆部位零泄漏。
◆ 可提供夹套保温装置 夹套保温装置可分为：全夹套、部分夹套或螺栓连接分体夹套。
◆ 阀门材料可以满足美国防腐蚀协会的NACE MR-01-75标准。旋塞、阀体、阀座、碟形弹簧材料可以任意选配。

Seats 阀座
Standard 标准 PTFE（polytetrafluoroethylene)possesses almost universal
chemical inertness and is effected only bymolten alkali metals,fluorine
and chlorine trifluoride at elevated temperatures.Temperature range
is -50-450°F(-45-232°C)
PTFE几乎与所有化学物质不起反应，仅与熔碱材料和较高温度下的氟、氯化三氟起反应。温度范围在-50-450°F(-45-232°C)。
Options 选择
UHMW(ultra high molecular weigh polyethylene)has excellent resistance
to radiation and abrasive application .It is resistant to most chemicals
except oxidizing acids and some hydrocarbon solvents.Temperature range
is -50-175°F(-45-80°C). Reinforced PTFE contains a filler to enhance
the mechianical properties and allow higher pressure and temperature
capabilities .Temperature range is -50-500°F(-45-260°C). Carbon Graphite
is a high temperature ,corrosion resistant material.It does not provide
drip-tight shutoff.Temperature range is -50-1000°F(-45-540°C).(Consult
ANSI standards for pressure/temperature limits of body).
UHMW（超高分子聚乙烯）的优点是：抗辐射、耐磨，对大多数的化学物质（不包括氧化物和某些氢化物）具有耐腐蚀作用。温度范围在-50-175°F(-45-80°C).
增强PTFE含有填充物可以增强机械性能和耐高压耐高温能力。温度范围是-50-175°F(-45-540°C). 石墨是高温耐腐蚀材料。它不能提供高密封。温度范围是-50-1000°F(-45-540°C）。阀体的压力温度界限参考ANSI。

are carbon steel on .5"(15mm)and .75"(20mm)valves and cast

Compak Cylinder Actuators 康派克气动装置
Compak Cylinder Actuarors are a versatile rack-and-pinion design and
are available as double-acting or spring-return units.The compact,modular
design allows the actuator to be mounted for a low profile assembly
.Compak actuators are matched to each valve,s torque requirements
to ensure that the most economical valve and actuator package is specified.For
